Opening to Mixed Reviews Pros: Enhanced Clipboard access to templates and other tools over the web.Cons: Mail Merge is a little cumbersome.The Bottom Line: If Word 2000’s enhanced features are not important to you and your business then an upgrade from Word 97 would make little sense.
